I have been going to Zoë's class every week for the last year and I find it really helpful for my posture and back pain. Zoë is a unique teacher as she checks that the movements are helping to strengthen your body and she will not hesitate to adapt or change an exercise to best fit with your body. I would recommend Zoë's class to anyone.

We have been attending one of Zoë's Pilates classes for just over two years. She is a fantastic teacher. Takes time to show the moves and gives each member of the class individual attention to ensure they reach their level of ability whatever their age. She is dedicated teacher and it's obvious she loves teaching Pilates. Zoë is dependable, hardworking and brings a lot of humour to the class.

I have known for quite some time that Zoë is a holistic Pilates practitioner and holds regular classes but always assumed it was for ladies only. However Catherine mentioned to Zoë that I had been diagnosed with high blood pressure and Zoë said that Pilates could help with it, especially as it teaches controlled breathing.
So I have started attending Zoë's classes on a Wednesday evening at the Life Gym - the only male in a room full of women. The lessons are easy to follow and Zoe gives one to one instruction when necessary to make sure exercises are carried out correctly. She is very encouraging and tailors the exercises to each individual level of fitness.
I consider myself to be quite fit strength wise but I am very impressed by the level of workout the exercises give my muscles and to how energised I feel afterwards. I also have a bulging disc in my neck and I have found that the exercises are really helping it, I have more movement, less pain and my neck is generally more comfortable.
I can thoroughly recommend Zoë, it really is a pleasure to attend the classes and I look forward to the next. I really feel they are doing me good.
Plus I've now found out that Pilates was invented by a man for men so come on guys whether you be make or female this is a great way to get fit and develop core strength.
