Pilates is for men and women of any age taught by Zoe Watkins a qualified, experienced and patient instructor in Swansea with the option of mat or chair Pilates Classes.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that was originally designed by 'Joseph Pilates' to help correct muscular imbalances and improve posture, coordination, balance, strength and flexibility as well as using thoracic breathing to increase capacity and organ function.

Escape-pain is a six week programme of 12 sessions (Two classes per week over six weeks) It is an education and exercise for people with chronic joint pain or osteoarthritis of the knees and/or hips and backs using a gentle, individualised exercise programme. This is supported by NHS England and Versus Arthritis. This programme has attained multiple awards and endorsements: www.escape-pain.org
